Meet the team

Sarah’s passion for advancing the circular economy through design, innovation and entrepreneurship has led her to joining Impact Hub as Communications Manager. Sarah holds an MA in Sustainable Fashion & Creative industries, with an extensive background in communications, business development, training and project management in SMEs, startups and social enterprises.

Having grown up in post-Apartheid South Africa, and with degrees in Journalism and Sociology, Sarah has always been driven to use storytelling to provide insight into contrasting worlds and to empower others with new knowledge and insight to overcome social barriers. Sarah advocates for the inclusion of global perspectives when rethinking current systems, seeking sustainable solutions from unexpected places.

Leading the Programmes team, Laura designs and manages bespoke programmes that support impact-driven businesses along their entrepreneurial journey. She is passionate about the power of connection and collaboration to create positive change.

Kaye McDougall is the Partnerships Director. She leads on partnership development and fundraising. Kaye is passionate about the power of cross-sector partnerships to drive inclusive social change.

Mouli Chatterjee is a Programmes Manager at Impact Hub King’s Cross. She currently runs The Circular Start Up, a programme that helps turn circular ideas into businesses. Mouli is passionate about helping aspiring entrepreneurs from underserved communities to join the climate space.

Finn Karsten is the Sales Manager. He is eager to grow our community and help impact-driven teams and individuals feel inspired, connected, and enabled in our coworking space.

Brooke leads the operations team to ensure our community feels at home in our workspace. Overseeing coworking and space hire, Brooke is passionate about providing people with positive experiences.

Virginia Vergara is a Programmes Manager. She supports the Programmes team in delivering business support programmes. She is passionate about bringing more diversity and inclusion in entrepreneurship.

Angelica Santodomingo is a Senior Programmes Manager at Impact Hub King’s Cross. She manages a range of programmes that support social entrepreneurs in their journeys. Angie believes that bottom-up approaches and impact-driven entrepreneurs are the keys to achieve inclusive sustainable development.

Devi Clark is the Managing Director at Impact Hub King’s Cross. Her role is to ensure we accelerate entrepreneurial action that benefits people and planet. She thrives on challenge and is inspired by her supportive team.

Devi has been featured in the NatWest WISE 100 2022, which recognises the most inspiring and influential women in social enterprise.
