At the heart of Impact Hub London is something harder to measure than a membership number: the belief that the right space, surrounded by the right people, at the right moment, can change the trajectory of a business – and, you know, the world.
Our 2025 Impact Report is full of data that reflects the depth and diversity of our community. But data only tells part of the story. So here, we let four of our members tell their own.
They work in financial inclusion, homelessness, education law and social equity. Their sectors are different, as are their missions, but they share a commitment to building businesses with purpose at their core – and we’re proud that they call Impact Hub London their home to do this from.
Singlify
Financial Inclusion - FinTech - Technology
Credit unions and community lenders exist to serve the people that mainstream banks leave behind – offering fair, affordable financial services to those who need them most. But for too long, these institutions have been held back by outdated technology that limits their ability to grow and serve more members effectively.
Singlify is changing that. They build Salesforce-native core banking platforms specifically designed for credit unions and community lenders, modernising the infrastructure that powers these institutions and enabling them to do more with less.

Pathway
Health - Homelessness - Policy
Nobody should be discharged from hospital to a street. It sounds obvious. And yet, until very recently, it was a practice that happened across the country – leaving some of the most vulnerable people in an impossible position at their most precarious moment.
Pathway works with the NHS and partners to tackle the health inequalities faced by people experiencing homelessness, setting up specialist homeless teams in hospitals and using their network’s collective insight to influence policy and system change.

Louis Howell
Youth Development - Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Louis Howell doesn’t do things by halves. He co-runs Revolution Hive, a social enterprise that equips young people for life through personal development and social responsibility programmes. He also runs 7PK, which helps organisations improve their approach to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and Social Mobility. And he serves as Chair of TRIUMPH – a youth sector racial equity action group – while acting as a trustee for an academic mentoring charity and a proud member of the 100 Black Men of London.
His work is rooted in a simple but urgent conviction: that the systems shaping young people’s lives need to change, and that businesses and institutions have both the power and the responsibility to be part of that change.
As someone building multiple enterprises simultaneously, the community at Impact Hub London is more than a network – it’s a daily reminder of what purposeful ambition looks like in practice. Being surrounded by other founders tackling systemic challenges across different sectors creates a kind of collective momentum that is genuinely hard to replicate elsewhere.
