ViewTraining connects SMEs to fully -subsidised business training, up to year 1 university level. It’s a great opportunity to draw down EU funding for free training (the cap is £200K per business, you can even train volunteers).

We know that financing training is challenging for smaller companies. That’s why Impact Hub is working with View Training, a local training provider with access to funding from the European Social Fund’s Skills Support for the Workforce. We are giving London-based small and medium sized businesses the opportunity to train at no cost* Businesses can train employees, interns, and even volunteers through this scheme. Skills Support for the Workforce can fund a wide range of courses, including:

• Business Administration
• Design & Web Skills
• Management Skills
• Customer Service
• Health & Safety in the Workplace
• Role and Responsibilities – Equality and Diversity in the Workplace
• First Aid
• IT Essentials

* Staff training up to and including level 4 training (e.g. University year 1) is free for businesses with 1-49 staff. Businesses must do most of their trading activity in London.
