I’m all about driving membership sales and crafting strategies for revenue growth. I also love diving into new partnership opportunities to keep things fresh and exciting.

How did you come to be a part of the Impact Hub London Team?

With 3.5 years of sales experience in SaaS and a feminine hygiene brand in India, I packed my bags and moved to the UK for a Master’s in International Business Management. But I didn’t stop there—I took a bold leap and moved from Bristol to London without a job, all to soak up the city’s vibrant energy. Within a month, a serendipitous job ad led me to Impact Hub London, where I found my perfect fit.

What do you love and about your role?

The opportunity to explore different facets of the business has been invaluable. I began with membership sales, but the culture at Impact Hub London constantly encourages me to push boundaries and explore new areas.

This has led me to start focusing on building new partnerships that not only support IHL’s growth but also expand our community. And of course, building new relationships and providing suitable coworking space solutions for growing teams! It’s more than just a space!

What has been something you are particularly proud of in your role?

Successfully guiding the company through a challenging period while surpassing our targets is definitely one of my proudest achievements in this role!

I’m also excited to be working towards leading a workshop on membership building at the Impact Hub European gathering.

What’s a valuable lesson you’ve learned in your career?

Your work always speaks for itself! Being in a target-driven role, I’ve consistently seen—and now firmly believe—that dedication and hard work always take precedence. If you’re true to your work and are a student of life, nothing can stand in your way. Keep pushing forward, and success will follow!

How do you work to improve your work-life balance?

Work-life balance is something I’m continually learning and adapting to, especially given my cultural background. During the workday, I make sure to take breaks to fully recharge. After a busy day, I enjoy cooking a good meal, meeting friends, or getting lost in a good book!

What’s the most interesting talent or interest you have that most people don’t know about?

I’m a menstrual hygiene advocate, I distributed over 100,000 pads to marginalised communities in India during COVID.
