Building on Sustainable Foundations

Our journey began with selecting a building that aligns with our values. Our partnership with the Knowledge Quarter and British Land at 1 Triton Square, a BREEAM Outstanding certified building, exemplifies this commitment. The building’s environmentally responsible design has already saved time, money, and carbon emissions – a testament to the power of sustainable architecture.

Co-designing for a Greener Future

We believe that collaboration is key to creating spaces that truly serve our community. That’s why we engaged our members, the Knowledge Quarter, and local stakeholders in the co-design process for Impact Hub London Euston. This approach not only ensured the space met the needs of our community but also fostered a sense of ownership and connection.

A Focus on Sustainable Materials

We’ve set clear guidelines for sourcing materials for our workspaces, prioritising:

• Natural materials and those with low embedded carbon: We’re committed to minimizing our environmental footprint.
• Circular materials: We aim to maximize the use of reused, recycled, or recyclable materials.
• Ethical sourcing: We partner with suppliers who meet high social and environmental standards, including social enterprises and Living Wage certified businesses.

Renting Furniture for a Circular Economy

Our commitment to sustainability extends to our furniture choices. By renting high-quality, Scandinavian-inspired furniture from Elevate Spaces, we’re supporting a circular economy that reduces waste and preserves resources. This approach also allows us to showcase sustainable design solutions to our community.
