Public policy in different countries: experiences and learning

This August, we’ve decided to do another informal event where we get a chance to learn from each other and from different places.

A few members of the Policy Hub will have a 10-15 minute space to talk about a specific country’s policy and political environment; their experience of working within that area; and any lessons learned for wider application.

Many of us have worked in, or come from, different European countries, so the first contributions will be from outside Europe: namely the Democratic Republic of Congo (Ian Quick); Kazakhstan (Alex Farrow); and China (Andrea Westall).

We will round up by thinking about how some of these learnings might impact on our work in other contexts.
