About the space
Our event space sits in the heart of Euston, right in the middle of London’s Knowledge Quarter, inside a BREEAM Outstanding, sustainably designed building. It’s a bright, flexible venue built to be shaped around many types of events, from an intimate workshop to a full-scale conference.
The space is designed to be reconfigured around whatever you’re hosting:
- Theatre-style, seating up to 120, ideal for conferences and panel sessions
- Standing, for up to 150 guests, great for launch events and receptions
- Cabaret-style, seating up to 60, suited to more interactive sessions
- Breakout and split-room set-ups, for team away days that move between presentations, workshops and social time
Our in-house team will help you find the right configuration and can adapt the room as your day evolves.
It comes fully equipped with a 4K Ultra HD projector, a 105″ screen, top-tier video conferencing, step-free access and a range of food and drink packages, plus support from our in-house events team from enquiry through to delivery. We’re a short walk from Euston, Kings Cross and Warren Street stations, so it’s easy for guests to get to.
The Offer
We are offering 50% off space hire throughout December and January; meaning for a full day event (up to 9 hours) you would pay £1300 instead of £2600. For a half day, only £650 for 4-hours.
Prices are for exclusive hire of the entire event space. Dates are subject to availability, so if you’ve got a date in mind, get in touch sooner rather than later.
