Strategy Clinic
The strategy clinics are designed to help Impact Hub members verify the strategic foundations and the business model of their project/enterprise. They are run in partnership with Alessandro Giudici, a Lecturer in Strategy at Cass Business School.
Two dates: 9th and 28th of April – 5.30 – 7.00
Structure of the clinics
1 on 1 Session
The main purpose of these 30 minute sessions is to openly discuss some of the key strategic issues related to your project/enterprise. The intention is to foster your strategic thinking capabilities with the straightforward facilitation of Alessandro. Do not expect pre-packed answers, but to be stimulated in the way you strategically think about your project/enterprise.
If a slot becomes free through cancellation/tardiness, it will be made available on a first come, first served basis.
To register for a session, please fill in this form, at least one week in advance of the session you want to attend. It is important to provide as much detail as you can regarding your business to obtain the maximum benefit from the 30 minute session.
About Alessandro
Alessandro Giudici is a Lecturer in Strategy at Cass Business School (London). He is an Impact Hub Kings’ Cross member and is currently developing a social enterprise concept that is in early incubation as part of the BENISI program.
Alessandro main expertise is in the entrepreneurial process and its strategic aspects, including the building of robust business models. He completed his PhD in Strategy at Cranfield School of Management (Cranfield, UK), focusing on how network intermediaries can support SMEs in systematically sensing and seizing new opportunities, through tailored services. Before joining Cass, Alessandro was a post-doctoral researcher at the Small Business Research Centre part of Kingston Business School (London, UK) where he investigated how government agencies leverage digital services to support SME internationalization. He holds an MSc (Hons) in Strategy from the University of Pisa (Pisa, Italy), a Master of Research from Cranfield School of Management, and has been a visiting researcher at Mays Business School (Texas A&M University, Texas). Before his PhD, Alessandro gained industry background as a marketing executive in the fast-moving consumer goods sector.
