About Chloe
I teach Hatha Yoga with focus on self-awareness of the entire mind and body. I completed my Teacher Training Course with the Sivananda Yoga Centre in their beautiful ashram in Uttarkashi, India. For four weeks, I built a foundation from which to teach others while strengthening my own yoga practice. It was an incredibly intense, challenging and life changing experience!
Prior to India I spent 6 years in the media industry. It was during this time that I deeply connected with yoga as a practise to balance the busy life I was leading. I therefore teach from a place of understanding and tailor classes towards relieving stress and tension.
Classes
Classes are designed to get you to tune into your body; bringing awareness to you breath and movement. Emphasise is placed on proper breathing and there is relaxation time throughout to ensure maximum benefit is gained from all the postures and the benefits are for the mind, as well as the body.
