Tell us what you enjoy most about your role?

I consult impact-driving eCommerce brands and help them be and do better through their email marketing. I love the challenge that every single brand brings to the table and the creative solutions we find together to make the most out of their lists and create inbox fans.

How did you discover Impact Hub London?

As a full-time nomad for 18+ months, I’ve seen a few IHs around the world and was told about them in a bunch of cities. I’ve also been to an event in the Euston event space when I just arrived in London, so it made the decision to join easy.

Which Impact Hub are you part of and for how long?

Euston, from June until September.

What was your first impression?

First off, everything is brand new. Everyone was welcoming and happy to help.

I went to an event by Wilful PR in late May, they hosted a really cool panel, which was also my unofficial intro to the space.

What one word would you use to describe the hub?

Perspective.

I mentioned “Perspective” because it’s easy to get all caught up in your own work, especially when working alone. So when I get to IHL, I get to see and experience other perspectives, as well as hear about what others are working on.

Which aspects of membership do you use and why?

I have a flexible membership, as I usually like working from home. But I do find it important to get a bit of perspective on a weekly dose, so I tend to pop in on Thursdays/Fridays to get some work done and also talk with whoever is around. So mostly, the social aspect.

What are the benefits?

You’re joining an ever-growing and evolving community of people who genuinely care about leaving the world a better place.

I had lovely chats so far with Mukesh Gadhvi about how we do marketing/advertising in 2024 and the lovely Eleanor who is a Impact Hub Coordinator, who loves pasta as much as I do!

If you’re looking for a lovely co-working space, meeting people who genuinely care, that also has a global network, this is a great place!
