Since 2021, we have partnered with Wates Group to deliver the Assisting Social Enterprises to Scale programme.
The ASSETS (Assisting Social Enterprises to Succeed) programme was launched in early 2021 in partnership with Wates Group to help social enterprises within the construction sector achieve national scale.
Since the pilot launched, the ASSETS programme has provided intensive support, mentorship, and workshops to participants within the construction sector.

ASSETS 2025 was another year of huge success – we celebrated our 5th cohort! This year’s cohort brought together five dynamic social enterprises accelerating low-carbon heating sector. These innovative organisations are on the front lines of the green transition, working to combat climate change while creating a positive social impact.
For every ASSETS cohort, we track and report the impact that our programme has had across the social enterprises that it aims to help.
